🛁 A Family Tiny House With a Real Bathtub​
Most tiny houses ask a family to compromise in the bathroom or the second sleeping space. Unplgd Tiny Homes in the Blue Mountains stretched their Kookaburra to 8.5 metres, split the upstairs into two separate lofts, and spent the extra length on a bathroom with a full-size freestanding tub. The 2.0 is the family edition of their signature loft model.

🪵 130 Sq Ft, Nothing Left Out​
Most 130-square-foot tiny houses make you give something up. Bulgarian studio Koleliba packed a full standing shower, a real kitchen, a washing machine, a dedicated desk, and a U-shaped couch that unfolds into a queen bed into 18 feet of trailer. The owner called it "the most spacious not spacious space."

🪜 No Loft. No Ladder.​
Australia's CozyCo built the Audrey on one level — no loft, no ladder, a bed you can make from both sides, and a servery window. At 23.7 feet it is not the flashiest tiny house you will see this year. It might be one of the most practical.

🏡 Two Stories, a Chef's Kitchen, a Soaking Tub​
The Felicity is a 30-foot, two-story tiny house on wheels from Frontier Tiny Homes: chef's kitchen, residential soaking tub, fireplace, two upstairs bedrooms, 400 square feet. Named Best In Show at a Colorado tiny house festival in 2024, listed at $135,000 in Silt, Colorado.

🌲 A Cedar Cottage on Wheels in Texas​
Handcrafted in 2017 by a professional house framer in Lakeway, Texas — a 9' x 24.5' cedar cottage on wheels, about 220 square feet, with a full kitchen, walk-in shower, loft bedroom, and a covered porch. It has been a private retreat and a well-loved Airbnb. Listed at $59,500 OBO in Lampasas, ready to tow.

🔨 They Finished This 24-Footer Themselves​
The owners bought a shell on a 2017 B-Wise trailer in 2021 and spent four years finishing it: two lofts, a storage stairway, butcher-block galley, tiled rain shower. Lightly used, never lived in, California DMV registered. Listed at $75,000 in Los Gatos.

🛏️ A Tiny House With a Real Bedroom​
