They bought land in Port Angeles, Washington, and an 8×26 tiny house on wheels — 290 square feet, paid $54,000 cash in 2018. Their daughter grew up in it. She's becoming a teen and outgrowing her spaces, so the house is listed at $50,000. Optional $10,000 for the solar array. The land already sold separately.

🏘️ A Tiny House in a Real Community​
Not a driveway and a hope. Lakewalk Tiny Home Community in Greer, South Carolina puts homes on wooded lots with a hiking trail, a dog park, and Lake Cunningham nearby. This one is a 285-square-foot 2016 Sprout by Mustard Seed Tiny Homes, listed at $84,500. Lot rent is $500 a month and includes electric, water, sewer, trash, yard maintenance, and taxes.

🎋 Shoes Off. Then a Tokonoma.​
