Happy Sunday! Community and small homes. Two new stories this morning — fall tiny-house classes still on the calendar near Asheville and in New York, and two September van gatherings. Then five more small homes and the places that hold them.

🛠️ Fall Tiny-House Class Dates Are Up​
New today: Two schools still have dated tiny-house classes on the 2026 calendar. Wild Abundance’s 9-day Tiny House Workshop is at Paint Fork Campus, about 30 minutes north of Asheville. September 4–12 is filled, with standby. October 16–24 is listed and not marked filled. Pay-what-you-can for the workshop is $1,950–$3,900. Hammerstone has dated interior trim and cabinetry sessions in Trumansburg and Ithaca in September and October.

🚐 Two September Van Gatherings​
Also new today: Adventure Van Expo finishes 2026 at Palisades Tahoe on Sept. 12–13 — open-house vans, a Saturday DIY contest, and on-site camping sold in advance. Five days later, VanWILD opens in Montrose, Colorado, Sept. 17–20. Four days at The Camper’s Hub, $700 a person. Not a parking-lot expo.

🌱 Pennsylvania Has Tiny Estates. The Carolinas Have THOWs.​
Pennsylvania has Tiny Estates in Lancaster — PA lots are waitlisted as of August 26, 2026. East Coast THOWs cluster in the Carolinas: Lakewalk in Greer, Acony Bell in western North Carolina, and Poplar Creek in Rutherfordton.

🏞️ Creekfront in the Acony Bell Community​
A 362 sq ft Liberation tiny home with two lofts, a soaking tub, and direct creek frontage in Acony Bell near Asheville. The post lists it at $189,900.

🏡 A 200-Sq-Ft Park Model Named Mysa​
Irontown Modular’s Mysa 200 is a 10′ × 20′ studio cabin — 200 square feet, an in-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette. Mysa means cozy in Swedish. The post puts the starting price at $50,700.
