🔨 Built With Her Dad for $30K​
New today: Caitlin wanted to build her own home, so her carpenter dad joined the crew. Three years, a 24-foot trailer and roughly $30–40K later, she towed it up a dirt road with a small bulldozer. Eight years on, she is still there.

🛏️ 378 Sq Ft, No Loft, Real Bedroom​
Also new today: Teacup's Daphne is 10 feet 6 inches wide, two full feet wider than a road-legal tiny house on wheels, and it spends that width on a vaulted ceiling and a stand-up bedroom at the far end. No ladder anywhere.

Slide-outs are everywhere in RVs and almost nowhere in tiny houses. This one buys back three feet in the middle of the home — enough for a dinette and a couch that seats the whole family.

The Pacific Wren by Rewild Homes is 24 feet of dual purpose: a working home office on the main floor, a skylit loft bedroom above it, and a full kitchen and bath in between.

💍 Their Married Life in a Tiny House​
Shelby and her husband traded a heavy mortgage for a tiny house community in California. Their Shaye's floor plan gives them a stand-up loft bedroom and a custom office with a cutout for her feet — the room that makes the whole thing work.

🏡 26 Feet, Two Lofts, Ipe Trim​
The builder nicknamed it the White House, which undersells the warmth. Sand board-and-batten outside, wood ceilings and Ipe accents inside, plus impact windows — not an optional spec in Florida.
